Where do I enter an Agoda promo code?

On the checkout page, open the promotions section in the price summary and paste the code into the promo code field. Most Agoda codes only work when you reach Agoda through the specific promo link, so use the copy button here and book in the window it opens.

Why does the same offer have several codes, like LP12AGD1 and LP12AGD2?

Agoda issues a separate code to each partner, and the trailing digit identifies that partner. A code copied from another site will show as invalid here, or the input field will not appear at all. Always use a code together with the link it came from.

Which codes work in the app and which only on the web?

AGODADEAL5, AGODADEAL8 and EX8AGD2 apply only when you pay in the Agoda mobile app. LP12AGD2, NEW12AGD1, NEW14AGD1 and AGD8 do not work in the app — use the web, including mobile web.

Can I stack promo codes with card discounts?

Usually no. Agoda coupons, card partner discounts, and payment promotions do not stack — pick whichever gives the biggest discount.

My promo code isn't working. Why?

Check in order: the code may be expired, you may not have come through the required promo link, it may belong to a different partner, it may be limited to certain countries or hotels, you may be in the app with a web-only code, you may be below the minimum spend, or another discount may already be applied.
